Commercial Membership and Early Bird name Etsy, marketplaces, your own website, local markets, commissions and small wholesale orders. Broader supply to shops, retailers and distributors is the Wholesale Commercial License, which requires prior approval. Factory-scale production is outside the lower tiers.

Credit & key rules

- The license is for physical 3D-printed products only, and only while the paid membership is active.
- No selling, sharing, uploading or giving away digital files (STL, 3MF or other).
- No remixes or derivative digital files, and no molds or cast copies, without written permission.
- Mass factory production, large-scale retail distribution, and wholesale beyond the tier you are on need written permission.
- When the membership ends, the commercial license ends and listings and ads for subscription-based models should be removed.
- The Wholesale tier is issued to one approved person or business. Partners may resell finished products you manufacture, and may not receive the files.
- The tier text says iOS in-app purchases can include Apple's 30% fee, and tells buyers to join on the Patreon website to avoid it.
IP note: Fan art is not included in the commercial license. The creator says sellers are responsible for checking whether selling a fan-art print is allowed.
